Promoting good Parish stewardship to the property given to us by God
Chaired by Roger Williams at 785-4451 or mwillread@aol.com
PURPOSE: To assist the Junior Warden with the upkeep, repair, improvement, and beautification of the church buildings and grounds.
MEETINGS: As needed and at least quarterly.
MEMBERSHIP: Recruited by the Junior Warden, Chairman, from those in the congregation with special interest and skills in decorating, painting, carpentry, landscaping, etc.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. See that buildings are properly maintained.
2. See that grounds and shrubs are properly mowed, trimmed, and kept clean.
3. See that snow is removed in winter so that services and activities may take place.
4. Do such landscaping as may be necessary and be alert to opportunities to improve overall appearance of the grounds.
5. Submit annual budget projection to the Vestry.
6. Report orally or in writing at the Annual Congregational Meeting.
ELECTION/APPOINTMENT: Chairman, Junior Warden; other members as recommended by the Chairman and approved by the Vestry.
TERM OF SERVICE: Annual.
